I set out to better myself before I was able to help others. My nutritional knowledge has come from extensive study at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. I’ve taken numerous courses in vastly varying nutrition subjects and I feel confident that I can make a change both in my community and in the lives of my clients.

Future B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a general concentration. I have conducted case studies and gained experience through close work with a fitness community at Hackensack Fitness and Wellness Center as well as Montclair State University. I know what it takes to change the body in positive ways without sacrificing taste and hassling about what to eat daily.
